Madelines Restaurant & Catering is a family owned business. We believe in creating dishes from organic herbs and preservative free ingredients. Unlike the chain restaurants, Madelines only buys from the local farms and dairy companies. Our friendly atmosphere makes you the customer feel like you have been a friend for years. Because of Madeline herself, her homemade methods are always applied to our home style entrees. So much so, I use her original Marinara sauce pan!
One of our most requested items at breakfast is our Corned Beef Hash. The hash is prepared oven roasted until fork tender, and we use only Western Baked Potatoes that are hand shredded. This is a five hour process, that is how much dedication we put into each of our creations, whether it is to order, or for a party of 100.
